Survey Process
The average respondent can complete the survey in about five (5) minutes.
The survey will be distributed in late-March, 2008.

The submission deadline for the survey is April 15, 2008.Surveys may be completed using one of the following methods:

1. Mail
2. Telephone
3. Fax
4. Online

The survey will ask specifically about your desire to incorporate, annex, remain in
unincorporated areas within a township, or remain in an unincorporated area, but
not as a part of a township.

What will happen after the survey process is complete?
A report of the data will be prepared and presented to the Political Subdivisions
Subcommittee of the Utah State Legislature later in 2008.
Survey results, while non-binding, will be taken under advisement by Salt Lake County
officials, municipalities, and township residents as they consider future annexation,
incorporation and land-use plans.
